We were awarded the joinery fit-out works for a manufacturing facility at Southend Airport Business Park. A 140,000 sq. ft warehouse space, there was a lot of work our team needed to do. The fit-out works included:
• Pre-hung high-impact laminated door sets
• Media feature walls, colour-coordinated for each respective department
• DDA-compliant tea points
• A large communal kitchenette with a bespoke appliance housing system
Corian solid surface material featured throughout the warehouse, with the bespoke appliance housing and dining tables using this hardwearing material.
The stunning auditorium seating area was the focal point of this project for us. The bespoke ash-veneered tiered seating consisted of gentle swooping curves, supplemented by steps and walkways made of the same sustainable wood.
